WHAT DO I NEED TO ACCESS THE ACTIVITIES

• Download and creat an account on https://zoom.us/
• Test that your microphone and camera are working properly BEFORE the activities, during the event we won’t be able to help you solve the problem (maybe your browser/app asks for permission to use it. Remember to accept them). 

Access from any smartphone, tabled/ipad or computer

• When you buy a ticket for you or your friend, we’ll send a link to access the activities individually. Check the email you type as it has to be vaild mail. Keep in mind that the access is controlled by the NAME you assigned when purchasing the ticket.
• It is strictly forbidden to share the access link of any of the activities, if you share it, keep in mind that there will only be ONE access with that information and you won’t get double access. If we discover double access the user can be expelled directly.

• It is forbidden to record or take screenshots/photos of the screen during any activity.

National guests will attend in the morning (10am to 2pm)

and International guests will attend in the afternoon (6pm to 12.30am).

Q&A PANELS

• The Q&A Panels will last between 45 and 50 minutes, depending on the guest(s).
• The camera and microphones will have to be off.
• How to ask a questions?
  • To ask something yourself, you’ll have to click “raise hand”. The moderator will tell you to ask your question. Remember to not ask uncomfortable or private questions. The moderator could mute your and kick you out.
  • To leave your questions writtem, click “Q and A”, located at the bottom of the screen. You can leave your question there and the moderator will ask the guest(s).
• There won’t be instant translation, but our translators will be present during the Q&As to help you ask the guests. Only ES/IN will be possible.

MEET&GREETS

• • The M&Gs last 30 minutes. The maximum of attendees is 30 people.
  • The M&Gs can be solo or DUO, meaning with one or more guests. It will be specified in each ticket so there’s not mistakes.
  • You camera can be on or off, it’s your choice. The microphone will have to be off, until it’s your turn to ask.
  • How to ask a question?

    • The one on ones can be solo or DUO, meaning with one or more guests. It will be specified in each ticket so there’s not mistakes.
    • The camera will have to be on.
    • You can speak with the guest however you want. Chat or microphone.
    • There won’t be instant translation, but our translators will be present during the Q&As to help you ask the guests. Only ES/IN will be possible.

‘THREE ON ONE’
(3 ON 1)

• • • • The ‘Three on Ones’ last between 3 and 5 minutes, depending on the guest(s). It will be just you with two friends and the guest.
      • The ‘Three on Ones’ can be solo or DUO, meaning with one or more guests. It will be specified in each ticket so there’s not mistakes.
      • The camera will have to be on.
      • You can speak with the guest however you want. Chat or microphone.
      • There won’t be instant translation, but our translators will be present during the Q&As to help you ask the guests. Only ES/IN will be possible.

• • Where can I buy my ticket for LOVE Fan Fest Home Edition?
    You can buy your ticket via the official site https://www.weezevent.com/love-fan-fest-home-edition

• • What happens if I buy my ticket at an unofficial sales point or an individual and it turns out to be fake?
    The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official sales point and therefore is not responsible for that purchase.

• • What happens if I lose my ticket?
    The organization of the festival assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. We recommend that you keep it in a safe place, no duplicates are allowed.

• • I bought the ticket but I can not attend the festival.
    If you finally can not attend the Festival, we must remind you that it is not allowed to return any tickets at the sales point or request it from the organization; nor the change of owner. The tickets are one-person. Reselling is not allowed.

• • Can I access the festival if I’m a minor?
    Yes, it’s an online event so minos can attended. Remember that an adult will have to purchase the tickets.

• • What time does the festival start and end?
    The schedule is still not available.

• • Can I record the online activities?
    It is strictly forbidden to record in any activity with any device (cameras, mobiles, drones, gopro, etc).Failure to comply with the above requirements will be cause for expulsion from future events.

• • What will I get when I purchase my ticket(s)?
    You’ll get a confirmation email with the information given, a week before the event you’ll get an email with the link (or links if you have several activities) giving you a date and a time of all everything. You’ll just have to click the link and wait in the room the day of the event.
